Meditation Instruction and Practice – 4:30-5:30pm. Meditation reduces stress, strengthens the body’s immune system, improves concentration, and leads to calmness and spiritual growth. S.C. Esthetics and Cosmetology Continuing Education – 9am-4pm. Registration begins at 8:30am. Tranquility Association for Beauty Artists is holding an Esthetics Continuing Education Class. This class is for license renewal, and is being taught by SallyAnn McGlade, South Carolina licensed cosmetology instructor with over 38 years of experience in the beauty industry.
