Please call to verify that event is still ongoing before attending any event.

The Greenville Hemp Festival has partnered with Birds Fly South to host the first local Hemp Festival, held at Hampton Station in Greenville on Saturday, May 9, from 2 to 8 p.m. Other sponsors include Amazing Grace Hemp Company and Franny’s Farmacy. The event is free to attend. It will be indoors with outdoor spaces under an awning. Vendors in the hemp, health, and wellness industries are invited to participate with booth spaces starting at $100.

The festival will feature expert talks, local hemp companies, and information on how hemp can boost the local economy in a number of ways, from health products and CBD to textiles and plastics. Jennifer Kovacs, Pharm.D., R.Ph. of Healing Leaf Health & Wellness will be one of the speakers at the festival. Her talk is concerning drug interactions with CBD and precautions to take when using these products. She is also one of the vendors.

Attendees will be able to learn about CBD products, local hemp companies, the potential for hemp in the local economy, and other natural remedies for health and wellness from local companies.

Nathan Phillips, the founder of the festival, has created a CBD product line and opened CBD retail stores in multiple states. He also works with a hemp farm in Tennessee and has a CBD store in The Village of West Greenville.
